Chain of Title Reports

Our Chain of Title reports provide ownership verification, encumbrances (e.g. mortgages, taxes, liens, judgments, etc...). We check with Recorder of Deeds, Tax Assessors, Civil Court records and Probate courts to ensure that no stone is unturned.

Environmental Lien Reports

Our EL reports meet the EPA's All Appropriate Inquiry rule and ASTM E1527-13 standars as part of Phase I ESAs. We search city, county, state and federal -level offices for grantor/grantee indexes, as well as items filed against the parcel from the time the current owner purchased the property, to present.

Title Search Reports verify ownership and checks for encumbrances, including unreleased mortgages, liens, judgments, etc... Clients commonly provide a date from which we will begin our search, such as 30, 40, 50 or 60 years prior.
